Dress Policy
The Company’s objective in establishing a dress code is to enable employees to project a professional, business-like image.
Because all casual clothing is not suitable for the office, these guidelines will help to determine what is appropriate to wear at work. In a business official work environment, clothing should be pressed and never wrinkled. Regardless of the employee’s interaction with clients, customers, suppliers, contractors, or volunteers, each employee projects the reputation of the organization considering the business reputation the employees need to wear formal Pant Shirts, for sales employees if possible Business suits will be a right fit. Female employees need to wear Salwar Kurties/Pant Shirts from Monday to Friday likewise male employees are supposed to wear Formal Pant shirt from Monday to Friday, Saturdays can be declared dress down days. On these days, jeans T Shirts for Male employee & Jeans & T shirts/Tops for Female employees are allowed. Torn, dirty, or frayed clothing is unacceptable. All seams must be finished. Any clothing that has words, terms, or pictures that may be offensive to other employees is unacceptable. Clothing that has the company logo is encouraged. |
Shoes and Footwear
From Monday to Friday Female employees are supposed to wear Sandals or Boots likewise Male employees are supposed to wear Boots for the said days.
Loafers, conservative athletic shoes, sneakers, dress heels, are acceptable on Saturday. Flashy athletic shoes, thongs, flip-flops, slippers, and any shoe with an open toe are not acceptable in the office. Jewelry, Makeup, Perfume, and Cologne Should be in good taste, with no visible body piercing other than pierced ears. |
Hats and Head Covering
Hats are not appropriate in the office. Head Covers that are required for religious purposes or to honor cultural tradition are allowed. If clothing fails to meet these standards, as determined by the employee’s supervisor and Human Resources staff, the employee will be asked not to wear the inappropriate item to work again. If the problem persists, the employee may be sent home to change clothes and will receive a verbal warning for the first offense. Progressive disciplinary action will be taken for further dress code violations. |
