M and B Switchgears signs agreement with MP govt to set up 99.25 MW solar power plants

M AND B Switchgears Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have signed Agreement(s) (Letter of Commitment) with Govt. of M.P. lo set up 99.25 MW Solar Power Plants at various locations in State of Madhya Pradesh.These Solar Power PIants will be under REC mechanism. There agreement(s) (Letter of commitment) are subject to various conditions & process as mentioned in RFP dated September 20, 2012 issued by Govt. of M. P. These agreement(s) (Letter of commitment) were signed on October 29, 2012 in Global Investor Summit held at Indore.Source : BSE
